Fay Fleming is President of the Business Performance Company (BPC), a consulting firm started in 1994. With more than fifteen years of senior level expertise, her career includes work in marketing research, training and strategy.
Clients include: Edward Jones Inc., Procter & Gamble, AT&T, BJC Health Systems, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Sterling Bank, Church’s Chicken, and The Monsanto Fund.
A featured speaker for corporations and conferences, Fay currently focuses on issues related to employee and organizational success. Her topics; Playing To Win: Mastering the Game of Business, The Six Unwritten Rules of Business and Strategically Promoting the Brand Called YOU, address the needs of new hires, at-risk employees, high-achievers, and front-line managers.
A former newspaper and magazine columnist, she is frequently a guest on radio and TV. In addition, Ms. Fleming has authored a book and published professional articles in trade journals and business magazines.

Ms. Fleming received her Master’s Degree in marketing and her Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting. A longtime volunteer, she currently works with the American Marketing Association, National Sales Network, Jordan CDC, and Christian Chapel Temple of Faith.
